We identify the industry’s top 1% through referrals from A.Teamers or clients, inviting builders of industry-leading products to apply, and general applications from word-of-mouth. From there, applicants undergo a rigorous vetting process.
What, where, and how long they’ve been building. The first phase of the vetting process takes into account the rigor of their experience, the roles they’ve played, and a light scan of sample work.
SOFT SKILLS & PERSONALITY
Teamwork abilities, creativity, and English proficiency are evaluated in an interview with the SelectionTeam to make sure they’re someone our A.Teamers and clients would like to work with.
DEEP SKILL REVIEW
Aptitudes in specialized skill sets are evaluated through a thorough review of sample work and/or code in order to maintain our standard of quality and breadth of expertise A.Teams can deliver on.
Applicants applying as engineers take a code test built specifically for A.Team to measure depth of proficiency in different dev stacks.
A.Teamers with shared expertise interview the applicant, evaluating them on the knowledge of their shared craft and A.Team community-fit, based on their own experience teaming up on missions.
Mission performance is measured every two weeks with the Team Pulse to evaluate professionalism, effectiveness, timeliness, and teamwork abilities.
